Thanks to the NSW State Legislation (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camp Grounds and Moveable Dwellings Regulation 2021), you can install our Tiny Solar Homes on your property without the need for a Development Application (DA), in most cases.

No planning permits for VIC

Victorians do not require a planning permit for a Tiny Solar Home, meaning you can live in, or make extra income for a small second home.
