    Thanks to the NSW State Legislation (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camp Grounds and Moveable Dwellings Regulation 2021), you can install our Tiny Solar Homes on your property without the need for a Development Application (DA), in most cases. We also offer hassle-free toilet alternatives to navigate potential sewer or septic approval requirements.

    Having wheels means your home can also be moved in the event of a fire, flood, change of plans, sale or even for a change of scenery.

  • We pride ourselves on the best solar specs for our Tiny Solar homes. Our standard lithium batteries equal 10.2kWh of battery storage which is enough to get you through the overcast days with sensible power usage.

    With an app on your phone, you can login to your solar system to see a real time consumption, production and battery storage.

    We also have option for extra battery storage, auto start generators (when batteries are below 20%) and mains connection.

  • Yes, you have the flexibility to make changes, although our team has meticulously crafted a low-maintenance, high-quality home. With each model, customization of finishes, cabinetry and in some cases layout is available, allowing you to tailor your Tiny Solar Home to your needs.

  • Yes, if you make a booking we can organise for one of our friendly team members to walk you through and answer any questions you may have.

  • We keep our Tiny Solar Homes inside the maximum legal caravan sizes, with our biggest model being 2.5m wide x 4.3m High x 8.4m long (+2250 towbar).

    We do not register our trailers, however, our Tiny solar Homes come with all necessary blinkers and trailer lights so that it is road worthy. It is more cost effective for our customers to purchase our homes without registration and our delivery team can organise get the homes to you with our trade plates.

  • Build time is roughly 3 months once we have the allocated trailer, However, we do have a waiting list, so the faster you lock us in, the faster you get your TSH.

    We do also have some models pre built for those needing a Tiny Solar Home asap.

  • Towing our larger Tiny Solar homes requires a 70mm tow ball and a vehicle with >4.5 tonne towing capacity. As this is not a common vehicle requirement, we can help you organise a tow vehicle for your TSH so that it gets delivered safely. Although it may be classed as a caravan, these homes are not designed to be towed as regularly as one. Instead, they are made to have more permanent locations.

  • A flat section of land so that you are minimising any movement in the tiny home. Your Tiny Solar Home must be level, so the flatter the block, the better.

    A water source or a water tank with a pump that can be connected into the tiny home.

    A sewer connection point, otherwise an eco-toilet or incinerator toilet will need to be installed (optional extras).

    A licenced electrician to determine correct earthing connection as per site location and to energise the solar system once deemed safe.

  • Under the agri tourism rules In NSW, you can currently have 6 of our Tiny Solar Homes without needing DA approval if your land is over 15 Hectares.

  • Aluminum trailers are favored over galvanized steel for their lightweight design, corrosion resistance, durability, low maintenance, longevity, and rust-free properties, with the higher upfront cost justified by superior overall value and performance.

  • + Aluminium is a longer lasting, rust proof alternative to wall cladding.
    + It is also thicker and less than half the weight of Colorbond.
    + Colorbond is a cheaper option for a reason.

  • In December 2023 the rules changed in Victoria. No planning permits are needed for a property that already has an existing dwelling (house).

    Our Tiny Solar Homes pass as a small second home due to size, kitchen and bathroom with toilet, if located on the same lot as an existing dwelling.

    Anyone can live or rent out this second home!

  • While Tiny homes are becoming more accepted by councils all around Australia, we still strongly suggest checking with your local council before purchasing one of our homes.

    Examples of the more lenient councils and councils in Australia allowing tiny homes are Shire of Esperance (WA), Cairns (QLD), Noosa (QLD), Adelaide Hills (SA) and in Tasmania our Tiny Solar Homes may be considered an ancillary dwelling where there is already a primary residence.
